Last Monday, May 13th, Rotary Sevilla International held a lunch at the prestigious Real Club de Golf de Sevilla. It was a day filled with inspiration, learning, and networking that we want to share with all of you.
Featured Conferences
At this event, we had the honor of featuring two very special conferences:
- Manuel Marín, a lawyer in charge of GEXTIONA Sevilla and member of our club, provided an informative and enriching talk on relevant legal aspects for our members.
- Juan José Figueroa, president and founder of the charity organization Llamarada de Fuego, moved us with his account of the significant charitable work his association is doing in Malawi and Peru. His dedication and passion for helping others are a true inspiration for all of us.
Coordination and Organization
The event was impeccably coordinated and organized by our president, Fran Guillén. Additionally, we had the privilege of having the special participation of Carmen Ortega, delegate of the district governor 2203 of zone 10, who offered us a valuable training session on Rotary and the powerful tool MyRotary. We are very grateful for her presence and her visit to our club.
Upcoming Event
We are pleased to announce that on the evening of Monday, June 10th, we will be organizing an event in support of the association ASEMO, which helps people who are incarcerated and about to be released, facilitating their social and labor reintegration. This event will be an excellent opportunity to continue our mission of service and community support.
Networking and Camaraderie
More than 20 people attended the May 13th event, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere during the cocktail networking both before and after the lunch. Additionally, we had the opportunity to present and review the projects that the club has carried out to date.
We thank all the attendees for their participation and enthusiasm. Events like this strengthen our bonds and drive us to keep working together for the common good.
