The Rotary Club Sevilla International is driving the construction of a clean-water well in the village of Benga (Malawi), one of the year's most important charity projects. Access to clean water transforms the health, hygiene and opportunities of a whole community.
How it works
The project is led by member José Luis Espinosa, with the support of the Projects Committee (chaired by Fran Guillén) and Christian de Saint Roman. It is run through the Llamarada de Fuego association via corporate crowdfunding: contributing companies are recognised with a commemorative plaque bearing their logos installed at the well (Corporate Social Responsibility).
